eyeliner
hm; i wanna change the way
i put on my eyeliner to make
my eyes pop i have black eye
liner and my eye change from
blue to green to grey so how
can i shape it so it looks
different and it pops? &
most of all so it looks
pretty (: please help.

Did you ever hear of something called a wing or a cat eye? Well...it looks like this:

This is a great and in style look. Appyly your eyeliner as you would normally do. Instead of stopping at the edge, add a small dip coming outside the crease of your eye. It will make a huge difference. look different and wild !

I suggest just lining as close to the lash line as possible until it is thick enough to your liking.

Ok, I used this technique using a black waterproof Kohl (Loreal, Revlon). Just gently pull your eyelids a little back with your finger and line the kohl on the part under the lashes. It looks like you have eyeliner but its not on visible your lids. Then you line the kohl on the lower lids. And dont forget the 2 coats of mascara. This thing really makes your eyes look dramatic...
Another thing I do is use a light colour liner on the top (Aqua marine blue, Silver, Forest Green, Purple) and use the darker version of the same colour on the lower lids (Deep blue, Hunter green, Deep Purple). This makes the eyes stand out.
Yet another way is to use a light shadow as the base(Silver, Gold, White, Beige, Aquamarine blue) and then line your eyes with a black liner and your on your lower lids. When you apply the liner on the lower lids, start madway till the outer edge instead of going all the way. Makes your eyes pop out.
