I've been trying to maintain my weight for awhile now. I lost about 40 pounds last year and really want to stay at the same weight. Anyway, I guess I've become increasing paranoid over gaining weight and I've began to throw up my food...but only at night!
See, I keep thinking that if I go to sleep with a COMPLETELY empty stomach that it's better for me in the end. I mean, my body doesn't have to work on digesting things or breaking down foods and I can get a decent sleep. In the morning I have a nice big breakfast and go on about my day like any normal person.
The problem is that I can't NOT throw up my food at night now. I HAVE to go to the bathroom and make myself throw up before I lay down to sleep. I will lay in bed, almost panicked, and then jump up and go do it just so I can fall asleep peacefully. I just don't feel good laying down with something in my stomach.
Am I bulimic? Should I get help? Is this harmful or dangerous? (link)

Digesting your food at night is a normal body process. It doesnt essct the kind of sleep you get. Throwing up your food before you go to bed actually stresses your body and burns your esophogus. If your body needs to throw up it would have did. Dont force what your body doesnt want! Your body knows whats best for you! Anyways throwing up is just gross! lol.

eyeliner is a fantastic way to make your eyes pop!
Did you ever hear of something called a wing or a cat eye? Well...it looks like this:

This is a great and in style look. Appyly your eyeliner as you would normally do. Instead of stopping at the edge, add a small dip coming outside the crease of your eye. It will make a huge difference. look different and wild !

i just bought some purple and gold heels on impulse as they were on sale at office.

those are some kickass shoes.
they would look super cute with a pair of skinny jeans and a neurtal colored off the shoulder shirt.
i like the retro style of them, so to accessorize more you can add some 60's looking hoops and braclets.
go wild with it !
