dress by black halo

I saw this dress on the front paige of the boutique Couture Candy, however I cannot find it there, and have been browsing the internet to find this dress. I'm not sure what it's called, but I know it's by black halo

It's not the same exact, but this dress is really similar, if it helps at all:

It'd describe your dress as "cowl neck" and "print", maybe "watercolor print" or "silk" if you're using search words to find it.
