He's probably just embarrassed by the face(s) he makes. It doesn't mean he's not comfortable with you, it's just one of the things he's not comfortable with :)
I suppose you could tell him it's a huge turn on for you, it might alleviate some of his embarrassment. He might be thinking that you'd be turned OFF or something. Otherwise, there isn't too much else you can do.
