is it possible for a guy to "cum" a litle bit and not know or feel it?

Yes, it's called pre-cum, and the guy can't feel it until he actually feels the "wetness".

When guys pre-cum, which usually they cum a little bit, & it's usually right after they get hard, and I don't think they feel it as much as when they actually cum.
