ugh its hard its hard for me to stay in shape....i eat healthy and take walks and work out about three times a week but nothing ever happens. could you give me some advice about how to stay in shape and be healthy? and why isn't my technique working?

You need to really commit to it. You need to eat healthy, cut out junk food, and stick to it.
As for your workouts, are you doing the same thing every time? If so, that won't help much. You need to push yourself a little harder every time you work out. Instead of running one mile, run a mile and a half. Instead of doing 25 sit-ups, do 50. You see what I mean? You need to push yourself to see results.
Also, you need to give it time. You will not see results instantly. Give it at least 2 weeks before you even start feeling healthier.

well you may need to do high impact exercising to see more results. how long have you been doing this? you may need to give it a little more time. you may have a naturally heavier build also. :)x ]
