nutrition facts my question is are the nutrition facts on the back of a package always accurate?
for instance i always buy these shrimp vegetable egg roll type thing from shop rite, but there is no name brand
however, on the back on the package it says 80 calories per 141 grams
but for most other food that sound like that the calories per size are totally different
even if there isn't really a name brand and its just out of shop rites sea food department is it still right?

Nutrition labels HAVE to be correct, it's a law.
Like Jack said, if they are off, it's probably only by like, 10 calories at most.

Are you sure the other serving sizes on the other products aren't just larger, so they have more calories?
I'm pretty sure the nutrition facts label isn't wrong. If it is, it's MAYBE only off by a maximum of 10 calories.
