Toning What is good for toning back muscles and flabby arms?

For upper back and biceps I would recommend push-ups(back straight, hands shoulder-width apart, on your toes) and pull-ups(not chin-ups)(hands wider than shoulders).
Both of these work your arms AND back, making it a 2-bird, 1-stone situation.
If you have nothing for pull-ups I recommend buying an easily-assembled Iron Gym from your local sports warehouse. ]
