i have MS WORD 2003. the symbols are still there!!!
i did what you said but there still a lot of symbols...

Anyway, I no longer have Word 2003 so I cannot really tell you exactly what to do because, you see, my memory is not that good. I kind of have an idea where it is, but I am not too sure. Sorry, I can't help you on this. You can try to use the "help" feature of your MS Word (press F1) and search for "paragraph marks."

An alternate way is to install MS Word 2007--the newest version of Microsoft Word. I can send you a copy of it with the serial code if you like. Please email me about this if you are interested, because I don't want 5000 people use my serial code (hahaha). You can find my email on the right side of my column. Just click on my name.
