Im a relatively thin person, but i have an annoying patch of armpit fat which isnt part of my boobs, but isnt part of my arms. what can i do to get rid of it? because it really affects what shirts i wear :/
NoCandy answered Monday June 15 2009, 5:28 pm: Lots of women have that. It's quite normal. I know how tough it is when you feel like you cannot wear all the fashions everyone else can, but the only way to get rid of something like that is liposuction. I don't recommend that, either. If you are already thin, you don't need to lose weight. This probably isn't the advice you wanted to hear, but it's good advice: Learn to live with and love your body the way it is. Accept what you perceive as your "flaws". Focus on what you like about your body. And if you want to wear a tank top, just do it. It's very possible that you're the only one who even notices this on yourself. If you cannot bring yourself to wear a tank top, just know that not everybody can wear everything. Buy the kinds of clothes that look best on your body and love how fabulous you look in them. [ NoCandy's advice column | Ask NoCandy A Question ]

All you can do is drop your overall body fat percentage, and eventually the fat will come from your problem area. Unfortunately, it will also come from other areas too.
