This is very common in women, and nothing you can do about it except learn to accept it. Look at even models and movie stars (Look at Tyra Banks!), a lot of them have that as well. Trust me when I say that nobody is looking at you going "Ew look at that," because most of them have it too. Don't worry! ]
Lots of women have that. It's quite normal. I know how tough it is when you feel like you cannot wear all the fashions everyone else can, but the only way to get rid of something like that is liposuction. I don't recommend that, either. If you are already thin, you don't need to lose weight. This probably isn't the advice you wanted to hear, but it's good advice: Learn to live with and love your body the way it is. Accept what you perceive as your "flaws". Focus on what you like about your body. And if you want to wear a tank top, just do it. It's very possible that you're the only one who even notices this on yourself. If you cannot bring yourself to wear a tank top, just know that not everybody can wear everything. Buy the kinds of clothes that look best on your body and love how fabulous you look in them. ]
You cannot spot reduce fat (i.e. target fat loss). Exercises will only build muscle on an area despite so many popular myths.
All you can do is drop your overall body fat percentage, and eventually the fat will come from your problem area. Unfortunately, it will also come from other areas too.
Sorry but, short of surgery, that is all you can do. ]
I think it is technically boob, but arm, shoulder, and back exercises should probably help tone that spot. Hope this helps. ]
