If you think you have AIDS, or even just wanna check to be sure you're clean, you can go to the doctors OR Planned Parenthood & get tested. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]

HIV/AIDS basically attacks your immune system, so my best bet would be the symptoms would be just feeling sick in general.
But, I don't know of any way to know FOR SURE it's AIDS, because you could get a common cold and die if you have AIDS- and you wouldn't know it was AIDS.
