Does Disney offer free or discount tickets for disabled kids?

Does Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida offer free or discounted tickets for disabled and developmentally delayed children? I want to go on vacation at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL but my little brother is mentally handicapped and we were wondering if we could get a discounted ticket for him since he is unable to ride all of the attractions and what have you.

They do however offer them to special needs kids I believe. Maybe you should check out their website and go to the discounts section and see the terms. That should help, or you could even call them and just ask. This is not a very good site to post this question on. This is if you are looking for advice. You should post this on yahooanswers.com you get a ton of answers from a bunch of people in minutes. I I hope this helped!
