i just want to feel valued.
okay, im 16/f and ive never had a serious relationship. everyguy ive ever liked has 1. been older than me, and 2. have liked me for a little then just left me. all my friends say to just be patient because everyguy ive ever had a thing with are jerks. i believe them. but not everyone of them are jerks. i want to feel wanted and valued and it doesnt help that all four of my bestfriends have serious boyfriends. they talk about cute things they do and i just want to cry. ive never had that feeling to where i want to be with someone so badly because no guy had ever tried to stick around with me for so long.
so i guess i dont have a specific question, just that i need some advice :/.

hey im 17/m i asked a question similar to this last night. i feel the same way you do im the only guy in a class of 8 girls who all have boyfriends all they do is talk about stuff they love about them blah blah blah and im sat on the end listning to my mp3 trying to blot them out... iv been alone for 5 yearsor more now and iv started up alot of hobbies. iv found that if i keep myself busy with hobbies youll get 2 things out of it. 1) the time passes and you wont feel as lonley (i play Guitar, drums i skateboard and snowboard i also love art and photography) and my second point is kind of a link to the second 2) when you do finnaly find some one you'll get to know them alot better by asking questions about thier hobbies and then you can talk about yours! iv been a bit of a hermit though... i feel sorry for myself with out actually doing anything about it ubt i guess its the shyness i have to actually go up and talk to a girl :( but im working on it ;D
so yeah in short: Take up a fun activity (if you havent allready) and remember you can make many more than 1 hobby, iv found that if you have somthing creative to concentrate on you can vent that anger/love/sadness into somthing positive. life doesnt have to be boring just because your alone. and like the other answer says, "Your life has only just begun" i figured that out a long time ago and i guess that's why im sorta happy being alone for so long. not that a girl friend would be awesome too but i can wait... if you ush these things youll only have a ton of ex boyfriends, love isnt somthing you can rush.

lifes just beginnin. youre young, you have a long time to get serious. and stop lookin, because lookin just makes it harder to find. and dwellin on being lonely just makes you more lonely. love will find you! but until then just enjoy all other life's aspects.
