Yes you have to take it daily. If you decide to stop taking it, it really messes your body up. I wouldnt recommend it. i stopped taking it and my emotions, my period and everything was just all messed up. So i wouldnt reccommend getting off of it after you are on.

Why do you need birth control?" He's a doctor. He deals with waaay more personal stuff than that every day. He's just going to then tell you your options and you're going to pick one.
Yes, you have to take the pill at the same time each day. If you decide to stop taking it, you could get pregnant and your cycle could get off track. This is another thing that you can ask your doctor. It depends on what brand of pill you're using. So just ask your doctor what will happen if you decide to stop taking it. He will know what will happen with that particular brand.
As far as main facts about the pill: It usually takes your body a month to get used to it. It can make you moody. Sometimes a certain brand won't work with your hormones, in which case you'll go back to your doctor and try a different kind. Your doctor will give you all of this information. He will trace back through your medical history and determine which pill will probably be best for you.
