(adobe photoshop cs2)

does anybody know how to get this certain tone in a picture ?
i would love to know

ohh and what kinda weird brush makes your skin clear and singular toned?
its this brush that is red when you mark all over it and when you put the brush into action it makes your face soo pretty

I have Photoshop CS2, but unfortunately I am not too experienced with it. I have a site you can use to edit photos though and it works just as good as photoshop.

it's free, but the downside is, is that you have to download.
