passwords on the computor

okay ello im danni mi mom has put a pass word on her main scrren of her computor so wen she logs on she put the answer in and then she can acess her things butt she recently changed to password and now she cant remember it is there any ways she can get into her files and her computor with out accessing that password ??

If the only thing on the screen that pops up is the place to put the password in, then the only way she can get on to it is to call the computer company. For example, if you have a Dell computer or Imac computer, you have to call the company and they will help.
