No confidence in myself

I am 16 year old girl and I don't know exactly how to say this- but I have no confidence in myself. I have no self esteem. I look in the mirror and my reaction is always like- oh wow my hair looks so bad. Or my makeup looks so ugly and dull. But then again, my friends are like- shut up you're beautiful. I am dissatisfied with many things about myself- I have a saggy ass, I have a camel toe when I wear volleyball spandex, my breasts are tiny, my whole body shape is petite. I'm tall and skinny. I have love handles, my hair is frizzy and only looks good when I straighten it and it gets even more damaged, I pick at my cuitcles/nails and bite my nails so they are ugly, I can't wear tampons still, I love to sing but I have a terrible voice. I like to dance but I'm a clutz and run into things. I break a lot of things I touch. I can't wear high heels. I've only been to 1 formal dance in my school and my friends are already going to prom. My friends are taking advanced classes and I am getting A-'s in regular classes. My parents are overly-strict. I don't eat healthy and sometimes I worry about getting diabetes or appendecitis. I am VERY stubborn. It's hard for me to make friends. I feel like no one loves me. I feel like I'm selfish a lot and when I try to put other people in front of me, I feel like they're more important. I feel like i'm too nice and I need to stand up to myself and be a little bitchy towards the people who bully me. But when I do become a little bitchy, I feel bad about it. Ahh HELP!!!!!

girl, you cant put yourself down like that. you need to have some confidence in yourself. dont think about all the bad things about yourself and think about the good things. everybody goes through feeling this way so dont feel alone. you just need a dont give a fuck attitude an youll be fine thats helped me through alot it could work for you :)

If you keep complaining about how ugly you think you are, your friends are soon going to think that your fishing for compliments... and then they will get tired of it. It's like when a skinny girl stands in the mirror and announces how fat she is... all she is doing is looking for everyone to jump out and compliment her. This may not be what your trying to do... but you don't want people to think you are.

1. Saggy eyes? makeup can fix that. makeup does wonders.
2. No one likes a camel toe... Buy bigger shorts or find a way to fix it. I'm SURE there's a way
3. If I had small boobs, I would stuff my bra. I admit. Try going to Victoria's Secret for a ultra pushup-ultra padded bra!
4. Mine is petite, but isn't that better than being manly?
5. I've never been tall, so I couldn't relate. If I were, I'd just show it off girl! Wear heels! Show offf them legs!!
6. Guys love Love Handles.
7. Straighten it then! Put Olive Oil in your hair everynight when you wash it! It will fix any damage.
8. Biting your nails is total self control. you can TOTALLY control that issue.
9. Wearing tampons has nothing to do with anything...
10. You don't need to sing to be pretty!
11. Then dance! It doesn't matter if your a clutz!
12. Start with low heels, wear them around the house. Get gradually higher and higher! Every girl has to do it!
13. IVE NEVER BEEN TO PROM OR FORMALS! I've never been asked. I didn't even go to my own winterformal, because my date got punished! YES it makes me feel discusting, but you've been to one more than I've been to! & it's not that guys don't like me or ANYTHING... you just may not be the person they think of when they think of "date." I got all upset that my friend didn't ask me & I asked him why he asked my other friend, and he told me he didn't think I'd want to since I never go to them! Hahaa it just happens! They are boring anyways.... from what I hear!

Lift your foot and point your toe straight ahead rather than to the side, which may be more natural. Place your heel gently on the floor, aiming for the mid-line of your body position.

Keep your legs close together, pointing toes forward and placing the foot straight, essentially creating a straight line when walking. The motion should be heel-toe with the weight placed on the ball of the foot. Walk in short strides when wearing high heels.

Step 6

Allow your hips to sway from side to side. This is the natural compensation for being tipped up on your toes. This natural rhythm when you walk is part of the allure of wearing high heels.

*NAPKIN GOES ON YOUR LAP* First thing when you sit down at the table put your napkin on your lap. That's just incase you drop food (hopefully you don't) that it doesn't end up on your clothes.

*ELBOWS OFF THE TABLE* While your eating your elbows should not be on the table. Elbows take up space and knock things over, so keep them off.

*CLOSE YOUR MOUTH WHEN IT'S FULL* Chew with your mouth closed & no talking with a mouth full of food. NO ONE wants to see the food in your mouth it's just gross. Speaking with a mouthful of food will pretty much guarantee that your spitting your food too. Just like chewing with your mouth open will guarantee that your making that yucky, smacking noise. Please close your mouth if there is something in it.
4.
Step 4

*DON'T USE YOUR FINGERS* Unless your eating finger food, your fingers should not touch your food. Do not push that last little bit of rice on to your fork with your fingers, your knife will work just as well.
5.
Step 5

*USE THE NAPKIN IN YOUR LAP* Do not, I repeat, do not lick your fingers, or wipe them on your clothes. Use the napkin, thats what it's for.
6.
Step 6

Girly, every teen girl goes through this. Just take a step back from everything. Don't get caught up in appearenes. The number 1 rule of being beautiful is BELIEVING you are beautiful! Don't think of yourself as a frumpy teen, but show yourself off! If you don't like your appearence, no one else will either. On the other hand, if you love yourself for the beauty you are, people are going to see that in you and love you for that. I'm not saying to be in love with yourself and get a big head, but work with what you have. If your hair feels frizzy and straightening it makes it damaged, fined a condition made for your type of hair! You need to start loving your beautiful self. If you love to sing, sing! Don't worry about what people think, as long as YOU are happy, that is all that matters. If you love dancing but are a little clutzy, who cares! Just go for it! Maybe take a dancing class if you are too insecure about it. If you are being bullied, stand up for yourself! Tell them what jerks they are being and how insecure THEY are.
