There is no surefire way to tell if a girl/guy is a virgin. If a girl bleeds or is in a lot of pain, it can be assumed she is a virgin (or maybe the guy is just big). With a guy, there definitely is no way to tell for sure. But if he seems extremely experienced or knows exactly what he's doing, he's probably not a virgin. But none of these things show 100% whether they're a virgin or not. The only way to know if they're a virgin is by asking them, and even then, they could lie.

I can be tricky to tell for both guys & girls. For girls, most people think they can tell if they're virgins or not by the hymen, but plenty of girls break their hymens without having sex (bike, horseback riding, etc...). If the girl is still a virgin, she'll probably bleed a little, but some girls don't. Also, it is possible to sometimes bleed during sex even if you're not a virgin, so it's pretty tricky to tell.
For guys, I always thought you could tell by the guy acts, like if he knows what he's doing or not, but with so much sex on TV & the internet, it would be pretty easy for a guy to act like he knows what he's doing even if he's still a virgin.

I would say the best thing to do is just ask.
For girls, you know for sure they are a virgin if they still have their hymen. You can tell if they bleed the first time you have sex.
For guys... I don't know much about them, maybe their lack of experience?
But as I said before, best thing to do is just ask them.
