i dont know the medical definition of orgasm, but its like...a sexual release. its when youre engaging in a sexual activity long enough and you reach your peak. everyone has orgasms, including guys haha. exept they ejacualte semen when they cum (another word for orgasm) most girls masturbate by rubbing their clit, or using a vibrator/dildo. to make your self have an orgasm, just do what feels the best...and keep doing it. it might take awhile to get the hang of it, but once you do, itll be so easy.
