lump in my neck doesnt seem like a cyst

Question Posted Saturday May 9 2009, 5:38 pm

so im 17/f, and about a week ago i found this lump in my neck that felt like a cyst (i would know, because i had one on my face when i was younger) so i found it monday, and now its saturday (5-9-09) and its almost doubled in size, and is painful to touch. my other cyst merely felt like a lump. but this one on my neck is about the size of a quarter now, and you can see it under my skin. what is it?

I'm not sure what it is, but it doesn't sound good.

Get yourself to a doctor ASAP so that they can give you a check-up and let you know exactly what's wrong.
