can anyone give me some good makeup tips? or any picturess? i have a turquoise dress, dark/medium blonde hair, dark blue eyes and my skins light but i went tanning so now its more medium-ish.
i'm planning on doing eyeliner and mascara but idk if i should wear eyeliner on top and bottom or just bottom? and what kind of eyeshadow? and other stuff. thanks so much.

THE EYES
For dark blue eyes, i love purple eyeshadow, it makes it pop a little bit more. If you want something a bit more smokey, then you should probably go for a soft smokey eye, like black with a hint of brown to add warm touches. Oh, and golds are really pretty too:)
**Definitely mascara-water proof so it will last longer. (Curl your lashes if needed)
For top liner, it will make your eyes appear bigger. I prefer liquid liner with an extended line on my lid.
Bottom liner is up to you.
FACE: go for something natural looking like Bare Escentuals (cheaper version is L'oreal's Bare Minerals)
-since you are light skinned, but slightly tanned, go for a pink blush, it will lighten up your face and add some colour
LIPS: whatever colour suits your whole look.
anyway, it sounds like a lot.. but it all depends on your application and how much you put on.
