losing weight. since summer is almost here i realllly need to lose weight and get in shape.
im 16 and about 200 pounds. and its discusting. but im 5'8 so you cant really tell that im fat.
but i hatehatehate my love handles. also i hate my arm fat and i hate how big my thighs are.
i wanna lose about 20 pounds becuae last time i went to the doctor they told me that my weight ( which at the time was about 180 or 170 i think) was really good for my height.
i know this is gonna be hard but i need help. i wanna go to the gym but im so vein and i ALWAYS have to look good so going to the gym isnt for me and plus there expensive
also my parents refuse to buy me a tredmil because they tell me i can just run up and down the stairs.
i need to go on a diet but i LOVE food haha.
can any of you give me good home exersices and diet tips and like what to eat and stuff.

Eat less food. Don't change what you eat or you won't be able to stick to the diet. Just eat less of what you already eat. ]
diets are weird but try cutting out as much chocolates and junkfoods as possible and eat all food you want but only eat half the normal amount. -for your love handles lay on ur back with knees bent n feet on the ground and use one arm at a time n act like your climbing a rope n reach really high, it is the main thing that made mine vanish in soo happy bout that- for -thighs do lunges and run and go up n down stairs- for -arms swing em around dancin and lift light things alot of times and run useing your arms to- eat a lot of blueberries whole grains and milk is three foods that help alot too. hope i helped :D ]
