Okay, so my sister is completely and totally evil. I mean this litteraly she hit me on the head with plyers once, she talks back to mom and ad, she's always mean to me, cusses me out and embarasses me in school. She phyisically abuses me and my parents can't do anything about it what do I do?

Oh my gosh! What do you mean by your parents can't do anything about it? Talk to a school counsler. I think that you need to get out of there. Please, PLEASE! talk to someone. I'm going to assume that your parents just can't control her. I think that you need to first try avoiding her and if nothing changes the go and talk to someone. This is not safe.
