Hello!!
(This might be long...sorry!)
Ok, I have this friend Matt. I use to like him SO MUCH, but he told me he only liked me as a friend and that's ALL! Well..I don't like him as much.. I use to I still catch my breath when I see him walk by me.Before I get to what I need to ask ... Matt had this evil girl friend..(lol not like evil like kills people...but...well you will see.) She cussed out my friend and told her to stay away from matt.( That was stupid because she doesn't like matt) Well, Matt still dated her...UNTIL she cheated on him, and he dumped her. Matt told my friend that he said he still loved her...well I don't think because just recently I started to like this kid named Joey and I thought he liked me. We were like going out...well I thought we were...but my friend asked him out for me he said yes..than after 6th period he said no. So I was in the hallway after lunch and my friend said "Yaaaaa !! Em's DATING JOEY!!!" Real loud...Matt heard and stared at me with a weird look on his face, he also has been staring at me A LOT!! He checked out my Vjj the other day( uhh vagina ) Than today he looked at ma boobes!!( I'M NOT LIEING EITHER MY FRIENDS SAW IT TO!!)
Ahh! I was flattered...but I also felt violatd!! When I was texting him the other day.. the day before we had a fight and he told me I didn't understand him. I absoultly do. So I said "Hey, u told me that I didn't understand you maybe we should get to know each other better...as friends though". Than he said "I like the way we are.. I like you only like a friend".I wasn't asking him out!! So I said "Yes, I know that. I don't like you that way! Didn't I already tell you that"? Well... I think that hurt his feelings because ever since that day he hasn't replied to my text messages at all, and he's been looking at me and sorta looking sad but could that be because I said I didn't like him and he's starting to like me or something?? Or, is it because of his ex?? I'm really confused!! My friend keeps telling me he likes me...could he??

Sounds more like he's confused... confused about his feelings towards you and his girlfriend.
When somebody finds out that they've been cheated on, you kinda begin to doubt your feelings towards that person because how does somebody you love do that sort of thing to you? It wouldn't make any sense so he is trying sort them out so he can make a descision. He may've said that he still loved her, but I get the feeling that it was more like he was trying to convince himself that he still loves her.
I guess the way you replied to him saying that you liked him more than a friend has made him think more about how he feels about you. Wheen you find out that somebody has feelings for you, you've got 2 options:
1) Return what that person is feeling
2) Do nothing.
He recently broke up with a girl who cheated on him, so the last thing which he would want to know is that somebody else likes him.+
The best thing which you should do is to wait a few days and then talk to him about it and see what comes of that. Not a phone call, text, e-mail etc. Talk to him face to face about it.
