Stop the friends with benefits thing. He has absolutely no reason to make you his girlfriend or anything when you give the benefits away for free.
When a guy uses you in this way, he has no respect for you at all.
He will date other girls and show them respect. He can do that because he can use you for the benefits. Honestly, stop the benefits. He will either decide he likes you enough to date you properly, or you will find if he can't use you he wants nothing to do with you. Either way you are not being used.

the next time you speak to him, conversate with him in a way you havent before. ask him how he's doing, make jokes, and give him little hints. try not to be so clingy to him, know your limits because then he'll want you more. but try talking to him about it, you never know what may surprise you.
