Log in.
Go to the Homepage.
Underneath where your picture should be displayed, you will see this:
Photos: Edit/Upload.
Click Upload.
A place where the folders on your computer are will come up.
Go to the folder where the picture is saved.
Click on the picture(s) you want.
Click Upload.
You can then customize the picture in the album section, and the caption as well. :)

on your homepage, there is a link underneath your picture that says "photos: edit / upload"
press the upload button.
