does anyone have any stories or tips on weight loss? im not fat but i wanted to loose about 5-20 pounds before summer and was wondering if anyone had any helpful hints or motivations. thanks!

hey you dont need to go on a crash diet to lose weight thats the worst way i think... just think about cutting down your food intake and go for more healthier options like fruit and veg... look up some healthy snack recipes because this will make you want to eat healthy and not get bored of eating healthy because you will try different and interesting stuff.

for excercise just think of it as having fun with friends by riding your bike or walking together.. try to walk your dog everyday because even though walking is just walking it is really good for you and will get you fit..

find something you enjoy thats active and stick with it because that will motivate you more to excercise. i know that im not the kind of girl that likes to slog it out in the gym but i do circus 3 times a week that is equivilent to going to the gym and for me its more fun and rewarding cos im with friends...

the key is to find something you love to do and stick with that for exercise...it will motivate you more also cos your not thinking of it as exercise... anyways good luck =] xxxxx sally

hmm well im not too good on number n stuff as i dont liek the thing of gettin on the scales n stuff.. find it too.. annoying lolbut loosing alot fo weight can be done.I started running alot and drinking loooooooooooadaaads of water. and one day my mates started saying to me id got really slimmer... i even got a few compliments from a few guys! honestly my best guy mate even lifted up the bottom of my shirt n started poking my stomach lol!
so yeh i recomined sit ups and leg raises, mabe a run or two and looooottts of water! =)
(th eleg raises make your bum look mroe defined making you look more slimmer... aparently..)
good luck! you can do it if you try =D message me how it goes sometime!
