water pills

i just bought a "natural" water pill. it contains lyk leaves and parsley and asparagus which is supose to naturally get rid of excess water. is this better than the other water pills or is it still unhealthy??

Hi,
natural is supposedly always better, but you have to be careful. You don't want to use water pills as a way of losing weight. Most of these supplements are not FDA approved.

If you need help losing excess water, check with your doctor first. He can give you the right amount for your body type and weight. I hope I helped.
