Self-confidence is an issue most people, including myself, deal with. I'm battling issues with it as I type this...these past few weeks have made my confidence fall down a few steps, but I'm getting back up.
The key to self-confidence is knowing your attributes & your negative aspects.
Sometimes when evaluating this, the list of negatives is just overwhelming. When thinking of the length of this list & feel threatened, the mistake we, as people, make is crumbling in response to this.
The better reaction would be a rational approach in which you see the problem, & think of a way to fix it. If there is absolutely no possible way that you can fix it yourself, learn to embrace the "problem," because almost anything can be twisted in such a way that it appears miraculous.
For example, I have a weight problem. A serious one, with lots to lose. Many times, the amount that I need to lose seems impossible. The goal seems just too far away. But then I get sick of being controlled by an idea that might not be real, a fear that isn't confirmed & can only be disproved by me & my efforts. My mood changes with the wind, so I woke up today ready to diet perfectly, and I did, even though yesterday, I ate junk all day. I realize, now, that yesterday, I worsened the problem that I have the power to fix.
Any problem you have that causes you to think less of yourself, should be analyzed. You should get to the root of where the problem started, if & how it can be fixed, & to what degree of severity the issue is. If you ever come across a problem that you think you can't fix, but you think that you could worsen it...then your first assumption is wrong. If you have the power to worsen a situation, then you have the power to change it for the better.
This may seem like a To-Do list of some sorts, but it should make you feel confident in the fact that you have control over many things, and whether you take control or not, is your choice.
If your concern is that you can't accomplish a goal...have no fear, yes you can.

Hello, well just to let you know, you are not alone...lots of people have this issue and you wouldnt even know it.You cant magically get self confidence over night but you sure can wrk at it. Sef confidence is simply beleiving in yorself and feeling comfortable with you as a person. You ave to know that no one in this world is perfect, you just have to work with what you have and make the best of i. Right now your thougts are negative whichis effecting your confiedence in yourself. You first have to change this faulty thinking int a more positive view of yourself. You have to know that you are special, beautiful and capable beyond meaure and no one can take that away from you,nly you can elp yourslf to gain self confidence...NO ONE ELSE.Everyone is special in their own way and has tons of special qualties and beleifs..once you realize how special you are your problems wit self confidence will diminsh, als yu find security within yourself, once you gain that self confidence you will find that security you need. Simply maintain a positive attitutde about yoursef and life as a whole and things will appear so much better in a numerous amout of ways. I hope this helped and the best of luck to you!!! Make a list of all the things you like about yourself. All the little things your secretly proud of. Don't be ashamed or embarrassed either, no ones going to see this list. Don't sit down one night and try to complete this whole list of things. That will only piss ya off more. Your list will never be filled. Sit down tonight though and start it...once you go on through out your day, you'll learn a couple more. Add them to your list.

Then, make a list of all the things you personally want to see yourself improve on. There is no such thing as an ugly girls, only lazy ones. Whatever it may be, wanting to accomplish a goal, if your feeling "unpretty", what would make you feel better? When write them down, accomplish them, then add them to the good list. I guarantee you'll feel better about yourself. And when you do, if just sorta shines out, ya know? And others see it too.
