I have almost daily knee and hip pains from sports. Whenever I have sex my hips start to hurt, especially when I'm on top, thats when its the worst. It gets so bad that I'll have to stop..and I don't want to because I love being on top but I can't physically bear it. Is there anything I can do to reduce the weight thats put on my hips? I'm not even heavy, I'm about 115lbs and 17 and I feel like an old woman.

Does the pain get better if you don't play sports or exercise for a while? Is it worse when your legs are splayed and your hips open? You may need to adapt and curtail your activities and give your joints a rest. Again, talk to a doctor about your knees and hips. [ Ignatz's advice column | Ask Ignatz A Question ]
sia answered Tuesday March 31 2009, 3:15 am: you may have briltal bone syndrome.. you shouldnt ignore it i really think you should go to the doctor or a physio therapist because it can be serious the sex may make it worse.but mayb while your having sex lean on a side where you can feel the pain instead of just sitting straight lean your back to the right or left side or lean forward while having your bottom half of your body as it is?it may help but just go to the doctor and he/she may recomend some pain killers [ sia's advice column | Ask sia A Question ]
