i know you cant target "fat loss" but you can tone certain parts of your body. maybe you dont lose weight, but you build muscle there, making you look slimmer.

Well, I am not entirely sure I agree. I mean, yes sometimes you can tighten the area up a bit, so if the fat was kind of hanging, then it could look better. However at the same time, sometimes building muscle under the fat can also just make it look bigger.

Anyway, if you want to know chest exercises check this out:

They have many exercises with dumbbells. The area you want is probably best hit with something like incline flyes or presses. Push ups are also good.

Not to sound like a broken record lol, but beware. I remember reading articles on gynecomastia (breast tissue in men), and there the doctors openly said that doing chest exercises can often make it look worse because the area is enlarged.

Anyways, good luck whichever way you go.
