okay well im losing weight too and my diettition told me to stop eating fatty foods and junk food and so thats what ive been doing and im starting to lose weight so frist things first stop eating junk food and fatty food only eat veggies and fruits and soup and eggs and subway is good too and drink skim milk and water no sugary drinks or foods either and make sure you go for 30min walks everyday and you could jus look up some workout videos online and find a space in your house and workout that way and you could do pushups, crunches and other exercises right at home if you dont feel like going to a gym.this will be hard because you'll be tempted to eat your fav foods but stick to healthy foods only k and also green tea will help lots too. good luck :D
