getting noticed

Question Posted Saturday March 28 2009, 7:13 pm

I really like this guy but he has no idea who I am. My best guy friend is BFFs with him and he told him that I liked him by name. But he didn't exactly combine me with the name so he still doesn't know me. Anyways, how do I get him to notice me. He is a grade older than me so we have no classes. Any advice is appreciated!

Um, of coures first of all, try to find him on myspace/facebook/bebo and add him

When you add him, you shall start by commenting on some photos of his and then move on to sending a msg like "Thanks for the accept" and etc... But don't over do it so he doesn't think you're a stalker or something, some guys likes it when a girl plays hard well not some guys 95% of guys.

After that when you see him at school, wave or smile, bump into him or wink in a playful way, but the key to do all that is being confident.

Then in a snicky way, ask around some people at your school about him, create a lie to know some information that would help you spot him around outside of school.

Good Luck =]=]

Trying to "hunt" him down might creep him out. <This is coming from a 21 year old guy. If a friend of yours already knows him that's great. You can either do something with the both of them and get a chance to talk to him that way exmp. go hiking, to a movie.
Or if you really like him just go for it. You'll never know if you don't try. Tell your friend to tell him that he has a friend that is looking to meet guys and have him ask the guy if he would be interested in doing that.
You're gonna have to take a risk at some point so don't worry about it and just go for it, and remember keep it simple!

Step One: 'Bump' into him in the hallway. (You can totally plan this one out with friends to make it look real)

Step Two: The next time you see him, say hi, wave, and look away shyly. He'll want to know why you looked away.

Step Three: Actually TALK to him. This may be the hardest part. Try to have your conversation planned ahead of time. As in, casually see him in the lunch line, make a joke about the food, and introduce yourself.

Tada! Now he know's who you are. Keep talking to him in larger and larger intervals. If he fits your face to your name, great! He know's you like him! If not, that's great too! This way, you can start over, in a way, and really get to know each other.

If you need anything else, feel free to message me :)

Hope that helps,
JK
