Lightheaded? Ok.. so lately I have been feeling lightheaded a lot and like I'm going to pass out.. I'm also dizzy when I like lift my head up and standing up.. What could this be?/ And how could I fix it? I hate feeling like this..

Have you been dieting or have you had any changes to you diet of body lately. Try eating small snacks (not junk) between meal and take vitamins. Also stand up a little slower not so fast, don't look down when you are getting up keep your head straight. ]
I am not a doctor, but for me when I would get up everything would go black and I would feel like I would pass out. I went to go get my levels checked and everything was perfect or above perfect except for my iron. Which was just little above normal. I am now on iron pills and the dizziness has stopped and I can go on with my life without the dizziness. Are you getting enough food in you? You body could be trying to find nutrients that your body is not getting. Try eating leafy greens (raw spinach is a good example), get plenty of water, and go see a doctor and get your levels checked to see if your body is lacking or low on anything. ]
It could be a number of things. You could possibly be not getting enough water. you could be not eating enough. you could be pregnant. you could be not getting enough rest, or overly stressed. think if any of these things apply to you, then try and fix it, or if not you may need to see a doctor. ]
