This guy I like, J, likes another girl, A. A likes him too. Ive been talking to J for a month now and Ive known he liked A. But then tonight he told me that he really liked her and was asking for advice on when to kiss her. I dont know what to do bc a big piece of my heart wants him to be happy and a small part wants him to not like her or vice versa. Of course I gave him the advice bc I really do want him to be happy. And being the friend is about all I can do right now bc theres no way I would try to deliberately try to sabotage them. I know I can only be his friend for now but its tearing me apart inside. What do I to help him, her and also myself? Im really lost.

Okay, so this guy i am basically in love with has a girlfriend of 3 months. i try to be happy for him also, so i know how painful this must be for you to put on a happy face when you're not feeling so happy on the inside. and you ARE helping him by making these things less complicated and less dramatic for him, yuh know? For her? who cares. she doesn't matter to you right now, it's just that you have to remember that he likes her, and until he doesn't, there's really nothing you can do because you won't sabotage them intentionally.. which shows that you have great character and are a great person. with that said, remeber that you have to make yourself happy. and i know right now that might seem impossible, but it's not. there ARE other guys out there, so try to venture out and find other guys. dont just be hung up on this one guy, you're 13, and have your whole life ahead of you, if you and this guy are meant to be, maybe in the future you will BE. but dont force anything, and just wait it out. go out with your friends, have fun, and occupy yourself. don't bring up the girl he likes unless he does, and try to forget about your worries, it'll make you so much happier.
oh and definetly jam to some music and write your feelings out in a jurnal or something, it'll like free your mind. sounds silly, but it really works. trust me :]

Okay I swear I'm not being mean but you're wat to young to be getting in a complicated love life. my advice to you is just wait. You have your whole life to find the one and if he's not it then you'll find someone else. I'm sure by the time you get to highschool you won't even like him anymore.
