i just got this phone from t-mobile and i cant seem to set my own ringtone as a new message tone. can you not do that? it only gives you 4 pre-recorded options. but i dont see why you couldn't add a song as an alert because you can on every other phone i've had. am i doing something wrong here? also how can you change your shortcut keys? im not technologically challenged ha im usually pretty good with this stuff so im hoping there's a way you can do it!

First you go to your Incoming Call menu, then you go down to your Ringtone... You push Change. Then after, you should see your 4 preset ringtones, I think all you gotta do is just push "Left" and "Right" on your arrows... And it'll change the options.
Your shortcut key, is probably different than my shortcut key, because my phone was made for texting so it's called a Message Key. But anyways, you should be able to change it by going to your Phone Settings and it should say "Shortcut Key" or something~ I hope I've helped.
