How can I lose weight? I only need to lose about 5-10 pounds. I have celiac desease so I don't eat wheat. And I don't have many cravings so thats no problem.(I only crave Capri Sun) I eat pretty healthy so I really only need help on are some good excercises. So I guess the question is does any one know any good exercises for losing weight? I don't need to lose it fast. I want it off by June 19 so I have a few months. Thanks!
i would suggest something fun, like make the exercise fun for you so you don't feel like your excercising. it all depends on what you like to do.
Dancing
weights
running
walking
if your into more intence try hula dancing or belly dancing or you can buy a cardio work out with someone famous on it or you can buy dancing with the stars cadio work out no partner needed.

But you have to be more specific...losing weight where exactly...?
There are so many kinds of exercises for different parts of the Human body, it's scary.
What I can tell you though, is the exercise that burns the largest amount of calories (or works out most of your body) is Jump-roping.
Weird, huh? But true.
For Pectorals, and back neck muscles, try Lat Pulldowns.
Crunches & Sit-ups for Abs and sides.
Bicep Curl for Triceps.
Treadmill (on a set Incline and resistance) for legs and full-on Cardio (Very ideal for losing some weight).
Push-ups. Even if you're a guy or girl, this is one exercise that is great for getting you warmed up.
What does all this nonsense mean?
Basically, balance out your Cardio and Weight exercises. Swap back and forth. Be sure to drink WATER, not sugary drinks while working out.
Water is healthier and it won't put on more Calories.
*Building Muscle is also burning FAT! It'll help you!
Also, eat foods with Protein. That way, you won't tire as easily when exercising.
(Protein is a big deal!)
