In regards to a relationship, what exactly does a girl mean when she says you can "make your move"?

Depends on the girl...if she isn't someone you are currently dating, then she is saying, "kiss me - ask me out."

If you are dating, she is saying, "hey, I won't stop you if you want to explore a little more of what I got under this shirt, pants, etc."

She is letting you know she is ready to bump it up a notch and don't be shy.
