You can get them at Walmart, but they have different flavors at Target normally. I got this really cool sugar cookie flavored one at Target last year (:

I usually buy softlips products from my local Wal-Mart. Softlips are normally in the lip-care section or even on the stands by the check-out line. They are usually a little more expensive at Target but I have found they have more variety there. You can also find them at drugstores such as CVS/Walgreens.

U can find Softlips at Target the Pharmacy,Walmart and dollerstores.

They're at any type of place like Claire's. But, you could try CVS or Walmart. I believe I got mine from Claire's, though.
