dislocated wrist
i hurt my wrist and they couldnt tell if i dislocated it and got it back in place or something or just messed up the joint but they put a cast on it and i was wondering if i could put a sling on it to like take the weight off it..the cast is kinda pulling on the wrist.

Yes you probably can, although be warey of pulling at your shoulders too much. If you start to get shoulder pain while wearing the sling, take it off, try repositioning but if it is reccurent, go to the doctor and ask if they can give you a support specifically for this problem.
