how do i get to splits!!!! 15 female

Go as far down into a split as possible and put both of your arms up. It will hurt a lot at first but once you get more flexible it will be easier. Push yourself through it. Gravity will push you down. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET A FAMILY MEMBER TO PUSH YOIU DOWN! THIS COULD SERIOUSLY HURT YOUR HIP JOINTS AND YOU COULD PULL A MUSCLE! read my advice column for the other stretch that will help! I am so sorry for not writing it it just takes so much time and I have written it like 5 times. Do both of these stretches everyday how ever many times you need!
