So my boyfriend lives two hours away and I am trying to think of ways to keep our relationship strong. We talk on the phone twice a week, and text/IM as much as we can, and see each other maybe once a month, at least every other month.
Do you guys have any ideas on how we can get closer even though we live so far away from each other?
If not, get web cams and talk to each other on them a few times a week. Also, I'm NOT suggesting anything more than talking (aka anything dirty). I just felt like I should clarify.
Another thing you can do, is send each other stuff in the mail. Like, make him a mix CD, or bake him his favorite cookies, and send them to him.

I had a long distant relationship once it was about the same distance as you and we kept it together for 5 years by doing weekend visits. However, I will be honest with you it's not easy.
