Jason wasn't given one, his real name is "Daniel DeSanto" [incase you're doing research]

Jason wasn't given a last name because it wasn't mentioned in the movie. Damian didn't get one either.

The ones who did like Cady, Janice, Regina, ect were given sirnames because they had to be mentioned in the movie.
