You said I needed my jumps but when I jump I cant get high at all! How can I fix that?

Were you the one I gave the stretch too??? If so do that stretch 3 times a day and also make sure you jump with your chest up. Even if your legs aren't high it is still clean and looks good. Also when you are in a toe touch, make sure your arms are in a T not in a high V or a crazy position. Hope I helped and hope you do well!!! Ask me for any more advice im here! ]
