there are only about 3% of teenage girls in the world who think they are "hot" and "pretty" and "beautiful". the rest of them, like you, think they can never measure up to pretty girls in the showbiz; perfect skin, gorgeous hair, great figure, etc.
what you need to do is take about 30 minutes out of every day, or every other day, if you're a busy person. and just stare at yourself. force yourself to stare at the girl staring back at you. and instead of focusing on whats "gross" about you, think about the positive things about you. even if you cant think of anything physical-wise, think of emotional. maybe you're a very friendly person, you have lots of friends, you're sensitive...something that brings out the beauty in you, even if you cant find anything attractive about yourself.
now, i know ive never seen you, but im sure you're very pretty. i might just think your gorgeous because of your nose. :) (im a nose and eye brow person -.-'') there is something in everyone that lights up a room and lets people know that (your name here) has shown up.
and dont think im trying to be all "disney" on you with "oh, every girl is beautiful the way we are! the inner beauty will shine through and through" no. you asked for help, and im trying to help you.
if it still doesnt do anything, ask your parents if you can go talk to a counselor once a week or every few weeks. they can also help. :)
