Post workout I would limit carb intake unless you plan to be active later. Fruits and vegetables are good, but chips just tend to be empty calories.
What you definitely need is a good protein source. Could be any sort of low fat dairy product for example. There are many options, and you could even get your hands on some protein bars.
Otherwise something with some essential fatty acids would also be good in moderation. For example unsalted nuts (particularly walnuts), olives, etc.
