Breathe in love, breathe out hate.
(Let the love into your life and let the hate out)

It's simple but effective. :)

Ok i'm not sure but i'm going to try.

I think it mean inhale love as in get/accept some love.

And exhale hate means like throw/give away the hate.

So basically accept love and use it, while you throw the hate.

Hope i helped
