Is he just NOT that into me??
Okay, so a lot of my friends like this guy that I live by and I have a little crush on him too. Last week, one of my friends was texting him and he asked her what my number was. We started texting and it really seemed like he liked me. But then one day, we texted for two hours straight and he started giving short answers and replying slow. I asked him if he liked me and he told me kinda and I said I kinda liked him too. Things have been awkward since then and I really don't want to like him, but I can't help it.
So I guess my question is, does he still like me and if not, how do I get over him?

Alright, so guys are VERY complicated people at times. And when he says "kinda" it could mean a variety of different things ...
It could mean ...
1. You accidentally put him on the spot and he didn't want to say no, so as to not hurt your feelings.
2. He never thought about it before, but wanted to keep thinking about it, so without saying no or yes, he sad kinda.
3. He may not want to be tied down right now, but doesn't want you to stop liking him, so he said kinda.
4. He may still want to get to know you more, because right now, just texting eachother isn't doing it for him. He probably wants to hang out with you so he can get to know you on a more personal level, so his response was kinda.
It's really hard to tell what guys are thinking over text, but I'm betting that if he ASKED your friend for your number, he's defiently intrested but still confused. If things are awkward, it's because he doesn't know how to deal with the situation, and you just need to talk to him about it. You could do this over text, but it'd be better in person. Meet up somehwere and casually bring it up. That's the only way you'll sort this out :]

If he said "kinda" then it just might be that he likes you but he could have girlfriend. I'm just taking a wild guess. Maybe you should try approaching him and talking to him in person
