cramps!
ok.i havent gottin cramps 4 a while.they really hurt.i havent gottin them yet 4 while.wut can i do about it?does that mean i might get my period?

It can be. Sometimes cramps are just a sign of gas, but they can mean your period as well. Ask your mom when she got her first period (age-wise) so you can determine when you got yours. It's usually similar, but not always so don't expect it around the same time, but stay open to the possibility.
When you have cramps, you can put a heating pad on your stomach & lay down, or you can take some midol. Just take one or two though because you don't wanna take too much.
