MASTABATION

Mastabation helps reduce sexual urge in men. Is it likely to affect a man when practicing sex latter, interms of releasing fast hence inability to satisfy the sexual urge of the patner by achieving orgasm before the lady does the same?

Can it have an impact on the quality and quantity of sperms released by the man during sex with a partner?

Masturbation does effect sex. If my boyfriend masturbates once during the day it is so hard to get him to stay hard the second time when we want to have sex. So if you do masturbate it will take longer to cum again. I don't know about the quality and the quantity of sperm released though, but It all depends on the man.
